All post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable and liable to change at any time, just as our transaction service fees (booking fees). Any fees and charges levied by the airline and/or other suppliers are not included in our prices.
Taxes and levies levied by the government are subject to change. Only the final total cost quoted or disclosed by our agent will be charged to you.
Our flight tickets are often non-refundable. Limited to the following: you are not a "no show" (the majority of "no show" bookings are not eligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing), we have approved your request for a refund, cancellation and refunds are permitted under the fare rules of our travel suppliers, and we are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.

Name misspelling: When a passenger's name on their airline ticket differs from that on their passport or another form of internationally recognized identification.
Baggage: Kindly save all baggage tags and receipts.
No-Show: You will need to provide documentation explaining why you were unable to depart on time.
Denied Boarding: You will need to provide documentation explaining why your planned departure was not approved.
Duplicate Tickets: In order to handle a refund request, copies of every ticket that shows the exact same itineraries that were booked with us are needed.
Different types of bookings (flights, hotels, vacation packages) may have different fee structures. The specific provider (airline, hotel chain, car rental, etc.) may also influence the cancellation and change policies. Some bookings, especially non-refundable ones, may not be eligible for any refund upon cancellation.
